Hi There,   Technical debt can lead us to bigger, better things. In 2010, Jakob Nielsen, the renowned usability expert, published an article titled "Flash: 99% Bad" [1]. Nielsen dissected the numerous usability issues and performance drawbacks associated with Flash, urging the industry to abandon this technology.   Flash's decline paved the way for newer and more efficient alternatives, one of which was TypeScript, a statically typed superset of JavaScript. Why can technical debt be a good thing? We leave things behind for good reason. Like this.
