Truckload contract season is arriving, and with it come new lanes to ponder. Thank the warehouse sector for that.

That sector, driven by e-commerce, has taken off like a rocket, with record employment in September, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. TL firms have to get to those new warehouses, and that's what the spot market is for in the first phase. But what contract rates should new lanes to new warehouses bring?
