Hey everyone!
In this email you will find answers to some FAQs we're are receiving about the membership portal, your membership options, and a look at whats coming up.
FAQS
Membership update:
We hear your concerns about the logistics of having to remember to cancel and restart your membership for the months you wish to participate in. We've looked into more flexible payment options that allow you to participate when you want, and skip those events that don't apply without having to be "on the hook" for a recurring fee.
Here is how things will change:
As of Feb 22nd the membership portal will open up as a free space to be more inclusive, providing everyone a space to post their questions, join the monthly Q/A and connect with members. A direct invite to join the free membership will be sent in another email and all trial memberships will be "removed" on Feb 19th.
Going forward, all professional or expert led master classes will be ticketed events. If you wish to join these "mini conferences" that will be happening every month you will need to purchase a ticket to be provided with the link to join. Upcoming events will always be posted in the free membership space as well as via email.
We understand that this has been a hard adjustment for many in the community because these changes are very different from what you are used to. To give everyone an extended period to access the paid features, the booked events and speakers for March will be FREE for all to attend.
Interaction within the Portal:
The portal is designed to be interactive! Please remember you are able to and encouraged to post your questions, comments and concerns within there. There is also a space to share your recent posts and collabs to get support and traction!
Feel free to comment on articles, posts and also create your own posts whenever you need! The space is yours to ask for what you need and to get support in growing your blog
Ways to keep in touch outside of the portal:
If you are looking to remain an active member of the community without participating in the membership portal, please remember that there are lots of ways to stay connected.
There is the Instagram page, the private facebook group: FBC members Forum, and there will always be the website with resources as well as this email. The portal will provide an additional space for members who want to engage with ongoing interactive professional development opportunities like masterclasses (especially during a time when we cannot plan in person events).
